ok Robyn you can have mine!

B: Pear and blueberry crumble
S: Will most probably be soy flat white coffee - I know not Paleo but I did have cow's milk previously - so I have compromised slightly ;-) plus orange
L: Will be left over Paleo bake and mixed salad (I finally got round to making it last night! Yummy!)
S: ....
D: ....

I do however need to lay off the fruit and nut mix that I have in my draw at work! Way too addictive.

Have an awesome day!

Just a heads up, last couple of days I've been struggling to eat a good amount of good food, not because I haven't had the opportunity just because I couldn't be bothered, sometimes when your around food all day everyday you just don't get round to eating.
Today it took it's toll, in todays WOD I plain and simple ran out of fuel, my gut started to eat itself and twist and turn in all sorts of ugly ways. So back on the wagon for me.

Just had some rice for dinner too.

Ross - Imogen was saying the same thing.. she wasnt actually hungry and therefore wasnt eating and by the time she did a wod, was absolutely stuffed.. She is now bringing in all of her food and making sure she has everything she brings by the end of the day (or at least try to)..

Guys -- tried spag bol with zuchinni spaghetti tonight, works well.. weird flavour to begin with but you sorta forget after one or two mouthfuls.. its nice to have noodles (well sorta noodles)..

guy's try and remember to eat every 3-4hrs....
aim for each meal (doesn't matter the size) to get some protien, fat's & carb's (no not breads and cereals. From fruit & veg!)

I've got most of my food to eat for the day all chopped up and put in containers ready to eat and I've been making a big effort to make sure I eat it as I tend to get really busy and forget to eat. I've even gone as far as putting a reminder on my computer that pops up and tells me I should eat something hahaha sad, but I'm VERY forgetful! I've also made my serving sizes smaller too as I'm getting full alot easier at the moment.
