I CrossFit because.....

I like learning and performing new movements in order to keep my capabilities balanced, not to mention that moving large loads long distances quickly is a lot of fun! 

I coach because....

Teaching good movement is the key to increasing physical performance and seeing someone improve their movement and subsequent work capacity is incredibly rewarding!
